Chairman

Profile

Hezekiah is a certified Quantity Surveyor
and Project Manager with extensive
experience. He holds an HND in Quantity
Surveying (Upper Credit), an Advanced
Certificate in Project Management
(A.C.P.M), and a Master’s in Project
Management (M.P.M) from the University
of Lagos. Before joining NDAGBA &
Partners as Managing Partner, he worked
at STRABAG Nigeria Limited and other
organizations. He brings his expertise and
network to the Zichis Agro board and
currently serves as chairman

Anthonia Chinyere Kambi Akabusi

CEO/MD

Profile

Chinyere Anthonia Akabusi is a seasoned
entrepreneur and the CEO/Managing
Director of Zichis Agro-Allied Industries.
She holds an HND in Business
Administration from the Institute of
Management and Technology, Enugu
(2002). A visionary leader in the agro
allied sector, she brings expertise in
agricultural operations, agribusiness
management, value chain integration,
sustainable farming, and business
strategy, innovation and excellence
across the company’s operations.

Mr Chris Ogbasi

Executive Director (Finance & Strategies)

Profile

Chris with over 20 years of experience in
business management, strategy, product
development, and organizational growth.
He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Lagos
State University, an MBA in Insurance &
Risk Management from ESUT Business
School, Enugu, and an MSc in Finance
from Rome Business School, Italy. He is
an Associate of the Chartered Insurance
Institute of Nigeria (ACII) and a member
of the Institute of Strategic Management
of Nigeria (ISMN). He was previously
MD/CEO of Spring Life Assurance Plc.

Chief Solomon O. Itsede

Company secretary

Profile

Chief Solomon Ogie Itsede, Esq. is a
seasoned legal practitioner and Company
Secretary with over 25 years’ experience
in corporate and commercial law. He
holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School,
Lagos, and is also a Chartered
Administrator. He is the Principal Partner
of S. O. Itsede & Co., providing company
secretarial and legal advisory services to
corporate and public-sector clients, and
is a member of the Nigerian Institute of
Management and the Chartered Institute
of Public Relations Practitioners.

Dr. Osarobo Bob Adeghe

Non-Executive Director

Profile

Dr. Osarobo Bob Adeghe is a finance and
strategy professional with over 25 years’
experience in Nigeria and internationally.
Educated at the University of Ibadan,
George Washington University, and the
University of Oxford, he has led major
capital-raising initiatives, including a
US$500 million bank recapitalisation and a
US$150 million health infrastructure fund.
He has also advised Nigerian state
governments and worked with institutions
such as the World Bank, WHO, and
KPMG

Chief John Zimako Akabusi

Non-Executive Director

Profile

High Chief John Zimako Akabusi is a
retired Chief Superintendent of Customs
with over 30 years of service in the
Nigeria Customs Service. He holds
degrees in Public Administration and
Diplomacy & Strategic Studies, and
trained in Agribusiness at Rome Business
School. Awarded the PSC in 2021, he sits
on the boards of Chila Entertainment,
Zichis Agro Allied Industries, and De
Shark Football Academy. Founder of the
Nze Kambi Akabusi Educational
Foundation

Kabiru Abdullahi Tambari

Non- Executive Director

Profile

Mr. Tambari is an experienced Director
with over 20 years in statutory audit
committee roles across major Nigerian
companies. He has served on the boards
of IMB Plc, Liberty Bank Plc, CCNN Plc
(now BUA Cement), and Africa Prudential
Plc, and currently chairs the Statutory
Audit Committee of VFD Group Plc.He is
well trained in corporate governance,
IFRS, ESG, and audit oversight, and is
recognised for strong regulatory insight,
transparency, and accountability.

Amos Adeoye Falade

Independent Non-Executive Director

Profile

A.A. Falade is a Fellow of the West
African Insurance Institute with a B.Sc
(Hons) in Economics and a Master of
Communication Arts from the University
of Ibadan. He is an Associate of ACII
(London), AIIN, and ACS, and holds the
NSE Authorized Clerkship License. He has
over 30 years in financial services,
retiring as CEO of Guardian Express
Assurance in 2008, and later serving as
MD/CEO of Golden Capital Plc and
Dealing Clerk at Golden Securities
Limited.

Oyewole Ogun Isaac

Independent Non-Executive Director

Profile

Isaac Oyewole Ogun holds an HND in
Management from Kwara State College of
Technology (now Kwara Polytechnic,
Ilorin). He served in the Nigerian Customs
Service from 1972, retiring as a
Superintendent in 2007. He has since
worked in real estate and property
management and now serves on the
board of Zichis Agro-Allied Industries Plc.
He is married with children and is a
grandfather.

Felix Lucky Odudu

General Manager Operations

Profile

Felix Lucky Odudu is a seasoned
Technical and Operations Executive with
over 30 years’ experience in food, supply
chain and manufacturing sectors. Have
B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Food Science
and Brewing Technology and an MBA in
Production Operations and Project
Management. Felix held senior leadership
roles at Unilever, United Biscuits
International, and Tiger Brands. He led
the team in Ethiopia and South Africa in
new product development, optimization,
quality assurance.

Sodeinde Oluwatomi

Head internal Control & Treasury

Profile

Tomi is a graduate in Accounting (Second
Class Upper) from the Federal University
of Technology, Akure, and an Associate
Chartered Accountant. She began her
career as an Internal Auditor at Capital
Field Investment Group Ltd and now
heads Accounts and Treasury at Zichis
Agro-Allied Industries Plc, overseeing
company treasury and financial
management. Her expertise includes data
analysis, internal audit, treasury
management, Microsoft tools, and public
speaking with strong presentation skills.

Madu Jennifer Njideka

Human Resources & Admin

Profile

Jennifer is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo
University, where she earned a Second
Class Upper degree in French. She has
professional experience as Head of
Supply Chain and Data Entry Officer at
Zichis Agro-Allied Industries. Jennifer
also holds a Digital Marketing Certificate
from Bossmeek Media and currently
serves as Social Media Manager, with
expertise in digital marketing, social
media strategy, brand growth, online
engagement, supply chain management,
and data analysis.

Omonehin Olayemi

Head Trades & Commercial

Profile

A Computer Engineering graduate (Upper
Credit) from the prestigious Yaba College
of Technology, Lagos, he brings extensive
experience in operations management,
client service, sales administration, and
marketing. Currently Head of Trade and
Commercials at Zichis Agro Allied
Industries, he leverages his technological
expertise to deliver results in the
commercial sector, where he has nearly a
decade of experience. A multitasker,
eloquent communicator, and astute
wealth creator.

Oni David Adeleke

Head Livestock

Profile

David is an experienced poultry and
livestock professional with over 30 years
of hands-on expertise in breeder,
hatchery, and farm management. He
holds qualifications in General
Agriculture, Animal Science, and Poultry
Science, including an HND and a
Postgraduate Diploma. He has served as
General Manager and consultant to
several agricultural enterprises in
Nigeria, with strengths in poultry
operations, biosecurity, vaccination and
sustainable farm management.

Malachy Chinonye

as Farms Manager at EU Care Farms,

supply chain planning, logistics, and

production, and distribution.
